We had the opportunity to take on this 360-degree project with Donatello Management, and our involvement included not only managing the property once its commissioned, but also developing the entire schematics, designs, branding, operational and commercial plans.

Our 24-month project turned this property into an elegant and desirable destination for both business and leisure travelers . We managed to convert the 78 unit hotel apartment to an impressive four-star business hotel, adding five food and beverage outlets, a beautiful spa, while maintaining the cost of conversion to a minimum.

As part of this project, we designed a centralized island-style kitchen which enabled us to serve the outlets 24 hrs while maintaining the staffing to the minimum.

We revamped the entire IT and Low current infrastructure, redesigned the MEP existing structure to accommodate the additional units and facilities. Moreover, all the civil layout spaces were reduced and re-designed to spaces enabling us to add the extra 60 units.
