We were appointed to create, develop and launch an upper scale, fancy but fun, Italian dining destination and laid back lounge with entertainment programme and signature cocktails in one of Dubai’s top sites DWTC- Dubai World Trade Centre.

Our role included new menu development, LTO’s, supply chain, operational design, marketing and brand support.

We created the savoury food vision rooted in authentic Italian experience, portrayed not only through its traditional Italian menu but also its stunning interiors, knowledgeable staff and welcoming ambiance.

Donatello Italian Restaurant and Lounge presented a menu of the utmost quality, with dishes prepared by highly skilled and experienced Italian chefs.

The dishes were created with flare and made from top quality fresh Italian produce encapsulating the wide variety of flavors and unique ingredients obtainable throughout Italy from the Alps in the North to the Ionian Sea in the South.

Donatello Restaurant and Lounge was a popular destination for night parties, featuring renowned and regular on the international DJ circuit names such as Pierre Ravan, Kiko Navarro and Chuck Love.
